I package orders by hand in the order they are received. Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Please allow an extra day or so during busy seasons.

SHIPPING

UNDERWEAR, SWIM, JOGGERS, SHORTS, and SOCKS:

in stock and will be shipped. US: 2-4 day delivery. international: up to 15 days. (please allow up to 4  business days processing time during busy seasons)

 

 ***The remaining products are made by a third party company and are currently facing some production delays due to Covid-19.***

 

STICKERS, PINS, MUGS, PHONE CASES and FANNY PACKS:

  • processing time of 3 days. US and Canada: 2-4 day delivery. international: up to 15 days.

 

TEES, HATS, TANKS, SWEATSHIRTS, AND HOODIES:

  • current production delays. estimated arrival of 8 business days to US and Canada.  up to 15-20  days for international orders

 

Shipments

 

When the tracking for your package is updated as "delivered" by the postal carrier, it triggers an automatic email from us to let you know about this new status. 

MCE Creations will send free replacements for packages lost in transit.

If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS: 

  • Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
  • If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim. MCE Creations cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were marked delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding! 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: 

  • Check your door/mailbox for note from your local post office. If you receive a note, it should provide you with the instructions you need to receive your package. 
  • Contact your local post office and your local customs office. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. Postal services are used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
  • Contact us for additional assistance. MCE Creations cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were mis-delivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding! 

We also recommend going to MissingMail.USPS.com to report the incident in order to receive a case number so that we can look into the matter further if you reach out to us. Alternatively, you can contact USPS customer care at 1-(800) 275-8777.
